XcelPay Stake and Earn Terms of Use

    General:

    By choosing to participate in the XcelPay Wallet Staking and Earning program, you agree to abide by these terms of use ("Terms"). You acknowledge that staking involves risk, including the risk of loss of all staked funds.

    Eligibility:

    To participate in the staking program, you must first transfer funds from your XcelPay non-custodial wallet to your XcelPay staking wallet.

    Staking Options:

    XcelPay Wallet offers three staking options: Flexible, Fixed, and Locked.

    1. Flexible :

      In this option, you can unstake your funds anytime and earn rewards based on the time duration your funds were staked. The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) will be specified on the platform

    2. Fixed :

      With this option, you lock your funds for a chosen time period. The APR is determined based on the staking duration. Unstaking before the end of the period will result in forfeiture of rewards for the unstaked amount.

    3. Locked :

      This option allows you to lock your funds for a chosen period to receive the highest returns. Unstaking is not permitted before the maturity date.

    Staking and Unstaking:

    You may initiate staking through the XcelPay Wallet platform by selecting the amount and type of crypto to stake and the staking option. Unstaking is subject to the rules of the chosen staking option.

    Gas Fee:

    All network fees required to deposit or withdraw from your XcelPay staking wallet will be borne by you. If you do not have sufficient funds to cover the gas fee, you will not be able to deposit or withdraw from your XcelPay staking wallet.

    Withdrawal Time:

    Withdrawals from your XcelPay staking wallet to your non-custodial wallet may take up to 72 hours to complete.

    These service providers and other persons may also share with us aggregated Non-Personal Information that they have independently developed or acquired. Additionally, we may combine aggregate information from the pixel tags, web beacons, and cookies with similar data we collect from other visitors to help us improve our Services. When doing so, we do our best to ensure that the any aggregated information cannot be linked back to you..

    Rewards and Earnings:

    You will earn rewards in the form of the same cryptocurrency you have staked. Rewards will not be given in terms of dollar value. Please note that rewards are not guaranteed and are subject to change.

    Availability of Cryptocurrencies:

    The following cryptocurrencies are currently available for staking on XcelPay Wallet: BTC, ETH, MATIC, XLD, SHIB, BNB, USDT, XLAB, LINK.

    Risk Acknowledgement:

    By staking your cryptocurrency, you acknowledge that the value of cryptocurrencies can fluctuate greatly, and you accept all risks associated with staking, including the risk of significant financial loss.

    Changes to Terms:

    XcelPay Wallet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.

    Governing Law:

    These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which XcelPay Wallet is based. By participating in the XcelPay Wallet Staking and Earning program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
